PE Lessons

Our PE sessions combine dance, musical theatre, and movement-based activities to help children develop key physical skills, including 

  • coordination, 
  • balance, 
  • strength, 
  • flexibility, 
  • spatial awareness. 

Lessons are carefully structured to be inclusive, fun, and accessible for all abilities, ensuring every child feels successful and motivated. 

Through our PE lessons, children will:

  • Develop listening, focus, and teamwork skills 
  • Explore creative movement and self-expression 
  • Foster a positive relationship with physical activity 

Lessons can be tailored to support curriculum objectives, seasonal topics, or performance-based outcomes, and can range from creative dance and musical theatre PE to warm-ups, games, and structured routines. 

Our aim is to create PE lessons that children love — helping them stay active, engaged, and inspired while developing essential physical and social skills.
